I know that this issue has been mulled over in the past, but from what I can gather no actual steps taken. Well with printing costs steadily rising (our last issue this week with colour costs £3-00 per mag), and if the mag weighs over 115 grams the postal charge to any address in UK is £!-10p per mag. Two issues a year doing the maths costs us over £800-00 per annum. No decision has been made yet, but we will look at available options, before the next AGM, and seek agreement on how to reduce costs without cutting off members who are not on line. I would like more communication with members generally, and we will be trying out some form of news letter thingy to see if its viable without being silly.
Any ideas will be welcomed, but soon please.

Could I suggest that we cut down to one issue per year, say just before Christmas. Then just a news letter to give details of the reunion and anything new. Any other updates could be brought forward at the reunion.
Hope this helps, Buster
